Jack Fiedler, DDS
Dr. Jack M Fiedler graduated from the University of Minnesota Dental School in 2006. Upon graduation, he entered the United States Navy Dental Corps and was an active member until 2009, and has been in private practice since. Meanwhile, he obtained his Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 2007. He was able to serve his fellow military men and women, while honing his practical skills and developing further interests in specialty practice areas. Dr. Fiedler carries a number of professional affiliates including, but not limited to, Academy of General Dentistry, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Jack fundamentally believes in treating his patients by reinforcing prevention, encouraging individual education, and fostering healthy oral routine maintenance. He enjoys caring for those patients with complex dental conditions which require procedures involving the disciplines of Endodontics and Implantology. Dr. Jack also treats patients with the use of oral appliances to combat sleep-disordered breathing. Dr. Fiedler joined Dr. Laura Menser in 2015 in the Dungey, Menser, and Associates practice, with the aspiration of creating Regarding Dentistry.
Laura Menser, DDS
Dr. Laura Menser graduated from the University of Minnesota Dental School in 2002 and immediately began practicing with two of her long-time mentors, Dr. David K Dungey, and her own father, Dr. Daniel H. Menser in Waconia and Hector, respectively. In 2009, she began caring for patients in Waconia and Victoria upon becoming a partner with Dungey, Menser, and Associates. She has developed an interest in restorative and cosmetic areas of dental care. She is professionally affiliated with the American Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and several other associations. Dr. Menser consistently attends advanced dental education courses involving the latest industry technologies and specialized methods. She has a profound commitment for improving the dental health and satisfaction of her patients by utilizing an interdisciplinary approach to care for them with the purpose of developing and treating from a whole, comprehensive perspective. To support her patients away from the office, she enjoys designing personal regimens unique to specific needs and desires. Dr. Laura finds pride in the transformation seen in guests' lives from the completion of restorative cases to enhancing individual beauty through esthetic services. This includes reconstruction of worn dentition, whitening solutions, lip augmentation, and Botox.
Robert Wightman, DDS
Following graduation from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2016, Dr. Robert Wightman earned his Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 2017. He completed his residency in Juneau, Alaska, exploring the landscape, hiking, and camping in his free time. He spent several years in the beautiful, rugged Iron Range of Northern Minnesota, caring for patients of all ages and treatment needs. Dr. Wightman brings a passion and expertise for dental surgery to the practice. Outside of the office, he loves to spend time with his wife Allyson, play music (viola/guitar), and go hiking throughout Minnesota.
Scott Perkins, DDS
Dr. Scott Perkins graduated from the University of Minnesota Dental school in 2021. He recently earned his Advanced Education in General Dentistry through Idaho State University in 2022, gaining experience in cosmetic dentistry, implants, endodontics, sedation, and full mouth reconstructions. During his residency year in Idaho, Scott and his fiancée enjoyed exploring the mountains, hiking, skiing, fishing, and camping with their dog, Bodie. Dr. Perkins is an active member of the American Dental Association. Dr. Scott is excited to be back home in Minnesota and look forward to building meaningful relationships with Regarding Dentistry guests. His principles perfectly align with Regarding Dentistry's mission. In understanding everyone's dental health is unique, Dr. Perkins prioritizes guests' personal needs and desires to enhance patients’ lives through improved dental health and an elevated guest experience.
