Jack Fiedler, DDS

Dr. Jack Fiedler is dedicated to providing personalized, comprehensive care with a focus on prevention and education. A graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Dr. Fiedler began his career in the United States Navy Dental Corps, where he served until 2009. During this time, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency, further refining his clinical skills while serving military personnel.

Dr. Fiedler’s passion for advanced dentistry is reflected in his affiliations with the Academy of General Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He specializes in treating patients with complex dental conditions, with expertise in endodontics, implantology, and sleep-disordered breathing management through oral appliances.

In 2015, Dr. Fiedler partnered with Dr. Laura Menser to establish Regarding Dentistry, sharing a vision of transforming lives through thoughtful, interdisciplinary care. Outside the office, Dr. Fiedler enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and exploring the vibrant Waconia community.

Laura Menser, DDS

Dr. Laura Menser combines artistry and precision to help her patients achieve radiant smiles and lasting oral health. A graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Dr. Menser began her career working alongside her mentors, Dr. David K. Dungey and her father, Dr. Daniel H. Menser. In 2009, she became a partner at Regarding Dentistry, expanding her practice to the Waconia and Victoria communities.

With expertise in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Menser is affiliated with the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She stays at the forefront of her field by pursuing advanced training in cutting-edge dental technologies and techniques.

Dr. Menser takes pride in crafting personalized treatment plans that reflect her patients’ unique needs and goals, from comprehensive smile makeovers to enhancing natural beauty through esthetic services like teeth whitening, Botox, and lip augmentation.
